My family is all grown up

I have come to the realization that my entire family, including myself, is all grown up. Just a little while ago we were all in university, plugging away... then bam! My sisters are either married or engaged, with full-fledged careers. And I'm working on a second degree, with a girlfriend who Zeus himself could not tear away from me.

I hope I still get Christmas presents.

Twitch City DVD

Twitch City is my favorite tv show and guess what... it's being release on DVD Sept 19 2006. How sweet is that? So what I recommend is for everyone to go out and buy a copy 'cause it's awesome. And if you watch it then you'll be awesome too.

This weekend

This weekend I went to a wooden boat show , and I brought my canoe to show off. It was nice to have fellow boat builders compliment your work. I was really glad I went.

I also hung out with my sisters and mom, which was fun. Maryann is heading off to Wales soon so it was good to see her before she's off.

I went to Jenn and Gord's party on Saturday night. Most everyone was there. Roland got irresponsibly intoxicated... tsk tsk, and I played with a Dora the Explora' toy fishing pole. Awesome to the max.

Michelle had a weekend downtown with her sister Kelly. I think they had a fun sisterly time.

When I have more to report, I will diligently do so.

Ever so sincerely,

Welcome, welcome to my world.

I have high hopes to finish my master's thesis by this december. That'll be sweet as pie. I went home to Peterborough this past weekend. It was crazy since my mother was still in hyper mode from her trip to Hong Kong. It's difficult to remain calm when you have a tornado mom spinning around the house. I think it got to my girlfriend Michelle too.

I think Michelle and I will head up to her cottage for the weekend. We've invited some of her friends so it should be a blast and a half.

Also last weekend I went canoeing with Michelle at my dad's new place using my homemade cedar strip canoe. It was really nice and calm.

That's it for now. Over and out.
